About these terms
These terms govern your use of raybotixdigital.com, operated by Raybotix Digital, Shivalik Business Centre, A/5, Rajpath Rangoli Rd, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059. By using the site you accept them.
If we work together, the signed proposal, quotation or statement of work is the agreement that governs that project. Where it conflicts with anything on this page, the signed document wins.
Using this website
You may read, print and share anything on this site for your own reference. You may not:
- copy our content and publish it as your own;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it;
- submit false information or use the forms to send unsolicited marketing.
Enquiries and the free audit
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a free growth audit does not create a contract, and neither does our reply. It is an invitation to talk.
The free audit is exactly that — free, and offered at our discretion. It is a review of publicly visible signals and whatever access you choose to give us, and it is an opinion based on the information available at the time. We may decline a request, for example where there is nothing meaningful to review or the request is outside the markets we serve.
No guarantee of results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on your market, your budget, your competitors, your pricing, your sales follow-up and the policies of platforms we do not control — Google and Meta change their algorithms and ad rules without notice.
So: we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, lead volume, cost per lead or revenue. Any figure we discuss is an estimate or a target, not a promise. Anyone in this industry who guarantees a position on Google is either misinformed or not being straight with you.
Fees, scope and payment
- Fees, deliverables and timelines are set out in your proposal or SOW.
- Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is billed by the platform to your own account unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. We do not do surprise invoices.
- Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
What you provide
We need certain things from you to do the work, and delays here delay delivery:
- access to the accounts, analytics and platforms involved;
- accurate information about your business, products, pricing and claims;
- timely review and sign-off on drafts;
- the right to use any content, images, logos or testimonials you supply. You confirm you hold those rights; we rely on that.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the claims you ask us to publish, and for any licence, registration or regulatory disclosure your sector requires.
Ownership of work
On full payment of the relevant invoices, the final deliverables we produce for you — creative, copy, designs and site builds — are yours to use.
Your ad accounts, analytics, domains and business profiles are registered in your name and stay yours throughout. We do not hold them hostage; if you leave, you take them with you.
Our own methods, internal tools, templates and general know-how remain ours. Third-party assets — stock imagery, fonts, plugins — remain subject to their own licences, and we will tell you where one applies.
Confidentiality
Business information you share with us stays confidential and is used only to do your work. We will not name you publicly or use your logo or results as a case study without your permission.
Third-party platforms
Campaigns run on platforms owned by other companies. Their rules, approvals, suspensions, outages and pricing are outside our control. We work to keep your accounts compliant, but we are not responsible for a platform's own decisions.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an ongoing engagement with the notice period stated in the proposal. Work completed and costs committed up to the end of the notice period remain payable. On exit we hand over access and the final files for work already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
